North End Seasonal Range For years I have dream't of brewing a green hop version of our pacific pale ale with Dr Rudi (the hop formally known as Super Alpha). This year Kelly Ryan at Waimea Hops made my dream a reality. Next week we are to take receipt of 50kg of green Rudi which we will add to a slightly beefed up version of Super Alpha. Super Green will be 5.5% ABV and will scream everything that is good about our most cherished beer.
