Well almost. The tanks are in ! We are now waiting on a host of sparkies, plumbers and gas fitters to do their jobs and then we will be ready to brew.  Below is a video documenting the week of tank installation.

We also have some exciting news regarding a couple of collaborations we have coming up.  First up as part of The Road to Beervana this year we are going to be lucky enough to do a collaboration with Barley Brown’s Brewpub from Baker City Oregon.  Tyler Brown will be travelling out to NZ for Beervana and will come and brew with us just before Beervana.

Just after Beervana we will be doing a second collaboration this time with legendary Ping Pong Pom James Kemp or Kempicus as he is often known. James has worked for Fullers, Thornbridge and Buxton in his time and currently works for a homebrew supplier. We will be reviving the old Southstar favourite Sceptred Warrior , an assertive IPA brewed with English (and one NZ) hops.

Before all that we have a media brew to do with someone who is more legislature than fourth estate more on that once it is confirmed.
