Host Responsibility Policy-Off Licence

We at North end take our responsibilities that come with the sale and supply of alcohol very seriously.
We operate within the requirements of the sale and supply of Alcohol act 2012(the act).
The following steps have been taken to minimize the harm from alcohol and promote a safe environment. We are locally owned and operated after all.
Our policy is to serve all our customers in a friendly yet responsible way.

We will prevent alcohol being served to Minors

When samples are available to the public our staff will insist on age verification if you look 25 years of age or younger. Although our staff have been trained, it is a judgement call so be flattered not offended.

1. Upon entering our website, a box will appear with two options.
    I am 18 - selecting this will gain permission to website
    Not Yet - selecting this will close the website

2. During the checkout process it states again I AM 18+ YEARS OF 18

Delivery Methods

North end orders will be delivered via one or two delivery options

Via a courier company
1.   All deliveries will occur within hours of Licence
2.   A signature from an 18+ person is required
3.   A R18 sticker will be attached in the package

In case of local delivery
1.    All deliveries will occur during the hours of Licence
2.    ID will be checked if they look under 25
3.    Deliveries will be signed for by a person 18+

WE WILL PROMOTE OUR PRODUCTS RESPONSIBLY
We will not encourage or promote the rapid consumption of alcohol or consumption of an excessive amount of alcohol. Our products should be savored!!

WE WILL DISPLAY APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE
We will display our off Licence, host responsibility policy and duty managers name in sampling areas.
