It started as a simple idea. Two restaurateurs and a beer specialist sat down over a beer and decided that Waikanae would be the perfect place to open a new brewery. Several years later and we are now a brewing company with a range of beers produced at other peoples breweries and are on the eve of establishing a brewery and cellar door bar/off license at Waikanae Village. This blog will document the journey from here on in, it’s going to be a trip.
