North End Salty's Pilspresso
In collaboration with Salty's Roastery, we've layered their first-ever roast into this pilsner to bring together the best of both worlds. Coffee was hot side extracted for 10 minutes, followed by a 24 hour cold conditioning stage at 8°c, allowing the coffee aromatics to integrate seamlessly with the crisp pilsner profile. Sweet expresso, subtle toasted grain and a clean crisp finish.
